• We (the volunteers at givabit) will never affiliate ourselves with websites of a defamatory, pornographic, obscene, violent, bigoted, gambling, hate-oriented, or illegal nature. However, despite this precaution, we accept no responsibility for the content of external sites.

• Any images found on our website (www.givabit.org.uk) are the copyright of their respective owners.

• This website is wholly independent of Google, UNICEF UK and all other websites listed in the givabit shop or advertising in givabit search and givabit see.

• Whilst we take great care in choosing each of the websites we list, we can accept no liability for the quality of the products or services provided by affiliated websites.

• You (the user) agree to use the links we provide in a decent and correct manner. You agree not to visit websites in a fraudulent manner, purely for the purpose of increasing donations to the charity we support. You also agree not to use any automated query tools and/or computer generated search requests for the same purpose.

Your Privacy

• We will never store or collect personal information about any of our users. To make the site as accessible as possible, you will never be asked to register or provide any such information. As is the case with all websites, the only information we collect includes your; search terms, IP address, browser language and type, time and date of visits.

• To help explain givabit, the only information we will share with third parties will be our user numbers and the totals they have raised over a specific period of time.
